Sushi Chef Training
If you want to work with us as a sushi chef at one of our sushi bars, we'll train you free of charge. Our sushi chef training requires you to learn to make our sushi for just one week. Training starts at 5am Monday morning and ends at noon on Saturday.
Even though you may be an experienced sushi chef, we cannot assign you to one of our sushi chef positions at one of our sushi bars until you have completed specialized sushi chef training at our corporate facility to learn the "Shizen Sushi" way.

If you come to our facility by car, you can reach us in 7-8 minutes after you exit I-85 at Exit 56. And if you come by air, please use Greenville Spartanburg Airport (GSP). We are located 7-8 minutes from the airport.
If you want to have a “ServSafe” certificate, after you complete your sushi chef training course, we’ll make arrangements for you to take the test.
